4 tbsp flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
4 tbsp milk (I mostly use oat milk)
1 tbsp oil (I use sunflower oil, but everything works)
1/2 tbsp starch
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 mashed banana
2-3 tbsp chocolate spread


  1. Mix all the ingredients in a cup until there are no lumps left (add sugar if it isn't sweet enough for your taste)
  2. Put the cup in a microwave for 1-2 minutes (it depends on how gooey you want the cake to be)
