
This mug cake is super quick and easy to make !
In case I crave something sweet as a late night snack I usually find myself making this recipe since it’s super quick to make and still so godod 😉
I tend to reduce all unnessesary sugar in all my recipes – in this one as well. Since I add chocolate spread to my mug cake anyways I don’t think sugar is necessary. Should you find yourself wanting the cake to be more sweet – just add some sugar 🙂

Ingredients
4 tbsp flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
4 tbsp milk (I mostly use oat milk)
1 tbsp oil (I use sunflower oil, but everything works)
1/2 tbsp starch
1/2 tsp baking powder
1/2 mashed banana
2-3 tbsp chocolate spread
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients in a cup until there are no lumps left (add sugar if it isn't sweet enough for your taste)
- Put the cup in a microwave for 1-2 minutes (it depends on how gooey you want the cake to be)
